Symptoms
I have a button configured to check for worklist activity and if true to action the worklist item on button click. The configuration isn't clear as to what action should be listed in the configuration. I assume its the action that I want to execute such as Approve, Decline etc.
Diagnoses
This can be done with the name of the action in the Smartforms rule. The only other piece of data you need is the Serial Number for the task item.
Resolution
The actions are configured with the name of the action. (Approve = Approve, Decline =Decline, Rework = Rework)
