Access is Denied System.ComponentModel.Win23Exception: Acces Denied

We are using K2Rom. Sometimes users experience an access denied error message. (this does not occur all the time)

Authenticated Users has full permissions to the C:WINDOWSMicrosoft.NETFrameworkv1.1.4322Temporary ASP.NET as well as the C:WindowsTemp folder
Do you have a solution to this problem - we have a number of machines with an "Access denied" error when trying to compile
