Diagnoses
1. This was caused by the smartobject file property being passed in the "Use Content" field in the "Upload Document" event. When changed to use XML (both file name and content), this was resolved
2. Uploading multiple files using the "Upload Document" event is not possible at the moment but this has already been addressed in a future release of the product. Our labs has provided a workaround to allow this
Resolution
