I had a client with couple of customer telephony applications , majorly for
call center , now they want to know that is k2.net have any support for integration with these applications. Please also if any one of you doen this kind of integration please also tell me .

As long as the telephony provides APIs for integration via COM or .NET, it is entirely possible. In some cases, integration to Java APIs is possible via a Java Bridge software (aside from performance considerations). If you are a customer or partner with a portal account, you can also refer to our KB article number KB000101. This article details the integration with a Kofax Ascent solution using COM.
