Symptoms

When packaging a large form that packaged well on 4.6.8 and previous versions, after upgrading to 4.6.9, the following error message can be seen on the form level in 4.6.9 Package and Deployment:

"A property with the same name and namespace already exists in the model"

On the end of the error message, it will point to a specific state and rule, however this is not always accurate.

This item was determined to be a bug by K2 Labs Support.
 

Resolution

The following bug item was logged and a corresponding fix can be distributed for the behavior:

Bug 546553: PandD MMC - Create Package error: A property with the same name and namespace already exists in the model
