Symptoms

I have a form with multiple views displays correctly in designer but in runtime views are stacked when should be side-by-side. This occurred after I checked in my changes, however I was not attempting to make any change to the way the views are displayed on the form
 

Diagnoses

I was able to troubleshoot a couple of different areas. First, we reset the K2 Server and the issue was resolved. However, it surfaced again. The issue is related to IIS as well, and will probably need to reset that as well.
 

Resolution

IISRESET on K2 server box resolved the issue.
