Symptoms

61007 Permanent failure sending message Request

Diagnoses

When the workflow is sending the emails, the recipients are not receiving the emails. You can send and receive emails via K2 Form Rules -andgt Send an Email,

But if you try doing this via K2 Studio workflow and use the Smartobject -andgt AD User.GetUsersByGroup.Name and enter a group name (either by using Context Browser, Group - then choosing the Name property, or by just manually entering a group name windows/lis k2 group) it still doesn't send any emails.

You do see the following error via the logs:

at SourceCode.MessageBus.Ews.Destination.EwsMessageDestination.Send(String title, MessageExtendedInformation extended, IEnumerable`1 attachments, MessageBodyReadere] messageBodies)","anonymous","0.0.0.0","BlackpearlK2Dev:C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlHost ServerBin","2071476","1f25253e6ef14375a28ac12db1653182",""

Resolution

You may want to check to see if the EWS url that K2 uses from exchange is correct within the set up and within the connection string editor which can be located within the following directory:

Program Files (X86) andgtandgtandgt K2 Blackpearl andgtandgtandgt Host Server andgtandgtandgt Bin

Double confirm to see if the url is a HTTPS or HTTP url also.
