This error suddenly started happening when I tried to deploy a workflow:
The request failed with HTTP status 502: Proxy Error ( The specified network name is no longer available. ).
Can anyone advise? It was working fine until recently.

Firstly I tried publishing a blank InfoPath to a SharePoint site and got the following error:
The following URL is not valid...
It turns out we we got this issue when AJAX was configured for the SharePoint site. When we rolled-back the Web.config file, publishing started working again.
At this stage we don't know the specific AJAX config setting which causes the error.
