Hey everybody, I have a support ticket with K2 for this issue but it is the weekend and this issue is preventing me from doing some work.  So I thought I would check the forums :)

After I updated our test environment to blackpearl 4.6.8 I can't access K2 workspace.

I'm getting the following:

401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

It's not my browser settings, and I am using the login credentials & URL that worked prior to the update.

Hi Victoria,

I suggest running through the K2 Configuration Analysis tool and doing a full analysis of your installation.

It might pick up something which you can repair and this might solve your problem.

This sounds like an authentication issue which might relate to IIS settings, but the Configuration Analysis should pick it up and sort it out.

Let us know if this worked.

Regards,

JohanL

Hi Johan, thanks so much for responding.

I ran through the utility and there were some warnings to repair, but I'm not sure if I should change them.  Perhaps they were set this way intentionally prior.  Do you think these could cause it?
