Symptoms
When attempting to install of 4.7, there are several errors in the Configuration Analysis. "Target did no complete successfully: Management.kspx" And several other kspx files. When attempting to open Package and Deploy, there is another error message. "Access to the path 'C:ProgramDataSourceCodeTempCQ75XSX5 4'WP1 0]{+ 'ETN[P4.models' is denied."
Diagnoses
Discovered that the the C:ProgramDataSourceCode did not have permisson on this folder
Resolution
Giving all users full access to the ProgramDataSourceCode folder resolves the issue.
