For one of load balancer servers, we removed it from the farm, reinstalled K2 with DOMAINAcct_One account.
Then, we found out that we need to change the K2 admin account to DOMAINAcct_Two. We rerun the K2 Configuration Manager and use the DOMAINAcct_Two as the K2 admin. But when K2 finished the configuration, and we saw the DOMAINAcct_Two wasn’t able to access the MSMQ and has authentication errors with K2.
Does K2 allow change admin account after the initial setup, or we have do a reinstallation of K2 in order to make the change?
After giving the full control to the Error & ERRORBUS Queues in MSMQ, the error goes away but still have authentication issues (see the logs, when the K2 Mgmt opened) & we are unable to deploy smart objects and processes even.
