Diagnoses


Customer changed Licence Key was changes a week ago (Smartforms Runtime) and New Rollup fix was applied

 

Resolution

- Reconfigured the K2 Black pearl Setup Manager on the environment (Completed Successfully)
- Reconfigured the K2 Smart forms Setup Manager on the environment (Completed Successfully)
- Restarted Server
- Tested the K2 runtime site, logged in with customers details and works expected.

NOTE : If K2 Licence keys are changed the K2 reconfiguration should be reapplied.
