Hi All,


 


I just using K2 Smartform Recently meanwhile i have developed K2 with ASP for 3 years


for what i know for now is that the Smartform Call the K2 Workflow using the Smartform Integration Wizard, which make that 1 Workflow just being used only by 1 Form (Started by 1 Form)


 


what i want that 1 Workflow is used By Multiple Form because the Workflow is Same for all Form


Ex : Master Data Management which need Approval of Manager


 


Can we just use Workflow by multiple Form just like i used it in ASP with Just Call the Process then the Url for Client Event will dynamically change with some datafield condition??

Yes, this is possible. Workflows are independent of the frontends.

from your requirement what i understoood is you want to use the same smartform which is used to trigger the workflow at intermediate stages of the workflow?

 

Yes your can use the same form at multiple approval levels, this can be done with by creating states on the form,

 

All you need to do is, create seperate states, so that at each approval level the same form with particular state will be rendered..!!
