Resolution
- Navigate to the Drawloop Admin tab > Settings > and ensure that Connected Apps is enabled.
- Note: If this is not enabled, please review your Connected App setting for the Nintex DocGen Application prior to enabling: https://community.nintex.com/t5/How-To/Drawloop-User-Authorization-Options-via-Connected-Apps/ta-p/120813
- If the Connect App Setting is set to Self-Authorize, we recommend switching to Admin approved users are pre-authorized. This is due to Enabling Connected apps the First Time would prompt all users to reauthorize when running a DocGen Package.
- If Connected Apps is enabled, confirm that the Report in question exists and the running User has access to the folder where the report is located.
- Make sure that a Session ID is updated in any custom Visualforce Page or custom implementation
- Make sure the User is only in Lightning or Classic. Close all tabs and log into only one. Cross Sessions will break the authentication.
- If this is occurring for an outbound message, the Drawloop Next field will need to have the UserID and Sandbox parameter
- Expand "If your DocGen Package contains images or a report:": https://help.nintex.com/en-US/docgen/docservices/Default.htm#docgen-sfdc/Services/manageDDP/AutomatedDDPs.htm

- Ensure the User does not have High Assurance for( MFA) Multi Factor Authentication
