SP 2013 calendar - export data to sql via workflow

Hi everyone, I'm new in Nintex and need help with SharePoint Calendar - export events to sql database.

Via web workflow + classic workflow is it correct ?

Can you explain me this process ?

Hi Tom,

since a sharepoint calendar is just a regular list with a special calendar view, you can perform regular list operations from inside your workflow (like "Query List"). To write this information to your database you can use the "execute sql" action.

I think that's all you need.
