Unable to resolve error "The hostname could not be parsed"

Hi Team,

We have successfully installed K2 Blackpearl 4.6.9, SharePoint 2013 and K2 Smartforms, K2 Controlpack  on a standalone server (windows 2008 R2). But while configuring the app deployment we are getting the error  "The hostname could not be parsed."

 

The destination site is displayed with improper content/text (insted of sharepoint site for app deployment).

 

We have reviewed all permissions, service account, couple of domains for deployment -- alll seems to be good.

 

Can you please let us know where to look into this issue? Quick response appreciated.

Hi madhuhk,

 

Try running the "SharePoint 2013 Health Check script" (http://community.k2.com/t5/General-K2-Utilities/SharePoint-2013-Health-Check-Script/ba-p/68124). It should give you an idea on whether your SharePoint 2013 (standard/enterprise edition) is configured correctly for app deployments.
