Hello community.
I have a problem with approving a task using Nintex Mobile App on Android phone, following are my hardware/software specifications:
I'm able to see the Approval request with its data and can choose my task response:
But when I submit the form I'm getting the message shown at the bottom of the image:
"Error: The server encountered an unexpected condition, which prevented it from fulfilling the request."
I have "Full Control" permissions on the site and am able to approve from a web browser, the problem is only showing with the mobile app. 
Inside the Nintex Mobile app I can login into the office 365 SharePoint site with no problem I receive all notifications but this part I just can't get around, does someone has some insight to provide?
I've seen some advice on enabling FBA to fix this problem in on-prem environments but, is this required for O365 environment?
