Update Lookup fields when a List Lookup Item is chosen after Form Load

I'm using Nintex Form 2013.  After the form is loaded a user may choose an item from a Lookup List. When an Item is chosen, I have three lookup fields to populate from the Project list based on the item chosen in the Lookup list.

List Item: Project Name

Lookup fields: Project Owner, Project UID, and Project Restriction.

How do I get the Lookup fields to refresh without using a form button? I am a novice with JavaScript.

Re: Update Lookup fields when a List Lookup Item is chosen after Form Load

Hi,

Use a lookup control for the initial lookup.
Use calcualted controls with Lookup Runtime functions to populate the rest of the data based on the selection in the lookup control.

I did find the Runtime function solution using Lookup() and Parselookup().  The answer in this URL explains the solution clearly. https://community.nintex.com/t5/Community-Blogs/Lookup-Runtime-in-Nintex-Forms-for-Office-365/ba-p/7...
