Unable to Check-in the SmartForm

Hi,


I'm developing a smart form, which has a event to open another form (SubForm), everthing is working fine but is issue is i'm unable to Check-In the form to make available for use.


when i try to check-in the form i'm getting the below error










Error 2601, Level 14, State 1, Procedure aCheckInForm, Line 178Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'Form.Panel' with unique index 'UX_Form_Panel_FormID_Name'. The duplicate key value is (4331a752-c5a1-4d2f-8faa-2690baeb88aa, ClaimsApplication Panel).















where my subform is already checked-in, i tried check-out the the sub-form and check-in the main-form but still the same error.



Please help !!!

i don't know the actual cause of this error, but i'm able make a workaround for this issue


1. Created a copy of the form.


2. Checked in the form.


it worked.
