I've developed a workflow in SP 2013 and just exported it and need to import and reconfigure in 2016. When I try to save (there is few actions that need to be reconfigured), I'm getting this error. I'm not trying to publish it yet, but just want to save it and start munching on each action that needs reconfiguration. Any idea why am I getting this error?

I think i found what the issue is: I just saw this: Error: "Workflow action 'Nintex.Workflow.Activities.Adapters.NWStartWorkflowAdapter' is not allowed ...
when I checked the actions, i cannot see any actions under site settings -> nintex workflow -> "action settings". That's probably why.. It is a brand new install. I don't have access to CA, will the admin team, check it.. hopefully that will close this.
