I would like to ask if there's anyone here have tried the K2 server load-balancing with appliance (e.g F5). Based on the documentation, K2 only support the windows level load-balancer. Thank you.

K2 only includes documentation about configuring load balancing with Windows Load Balancer but that doesn't mean it doesn't support hardware load balancers. K2 has been setup with lots of different load balancers including F5.
There is a Kb article http://help.k2.com/kb000264 that at the bottom refers to setting the Persistence Type to Destination Address Affinity for F5.
