Somehow, I delete the activities and some events in the same Process file(.kprx). But then I found out that in the sqlDataSource, I can view all the deleted and the new activities and events. How to clear this?
Also, I found out that if I delete the event/activity and then recreate new one with same name, sometimes there will be error in some area saying that there is missing "GUID" object.

Did you deploy after you deleted?
Did you have active process instances already? If so perhaps what you are seeing are process instances that are running on the previous process definition.

Yes, I did deploy the same kprx files and project with updated version. And I active them already. However I can still see the deleted event/activity when configuring SQLDataSource in its wizard.
Yes, they are the previous process definition, how do I clear them? They are not using any more.
