Get Approved or Rejected User in Email event

Hi,

 

In K2 Blackpearl how do we find the last approved or Rejected user.

 

My scenario is after the client event (which might be a group of people). I have an Activity with Email Event to notify a group of ppl once rejected or approved

 

Once Approved or rejected by any one in the group, the email event in another activity should be triggered and send to all the participants who approved/rejected the activity.

 

At the moment i am not able to get the approved or Rejected by from another activity.

 

Please advise on how to acheive this

Hi There, 


 


You could try to utilized on the Activity Instance Destination SmartObject (Under Workflow Reports > Workflow General). It should provide you the Destination and Final Action based on different activities.
