K2 Workspace Email Action

Dear All,

On K2 Workspace, when i clicked on the email icon on the action bar, it will open my default email client with the below content. Is it possible to customize the content? How do I go about doing it? Thank You

There are a few ways to edit an email event depending where in the step you would like to edit it. The following documentation will should you were to find the controls and how to edit the email notifications:

In K2 Workspace -> All Tasks

When i click on a task, the action bar will appear at the bottom of the page.

I am refering to the email icon.
