Can the email sent from K2 be tagged as High Priority?

I don't see any settings on the Email Event or the Event Notification Message when using the SmartForms Client Event to set the email message with High Priority.

Can this be done?

You need to run the E-mail Event wizard in advanced mode. Tick the "Run this wizard in advanced mode" on the Welcome screen. The Importance level can then be set on the E-Mail Settings page.

I'm not sure that you can set the importance for a client event notification. You can set the Priority on the activity general properties, but I'm not sure if that sets the email importance.

Thanks for the information!

I tested setting the activity general property to high and it does not make the email high priority.  That priority surfaces in the Work List.

I was able to set and test the email event - that worked great.

 

Anyone else know how to set the priority of the Client Event?
