To retrieve data from SAP, you can use K2 Connect:

If you only need to display the data, perhaps just creating Smartforms Views/Forms from these SAP Smartobjects and embedding them in Sharepoint with Webpart/Apppart is needed.


 


If you need to read the SAP data and then create list items of these SAP data in Sharepoint, then you will likely need the K2 for Sharepoint Apps integration also and use perhaps workflow, forms, or custom application to do so.

This is one option and works if the need is to integrate via BAPI/RFC. Another option is to use the K2 OData broker against SAP Gateway . The right entities would have to be configured on the SAP side and you would need to deal with Auth, but this is becoming a more common approach recommended by SAP
