I can't connect to K2 server

I just installed the application i didn'r do any thing yet.

When i tried to open the workspace or register the server in the service manager i got this error
Error: Unable to connect to server JA-DEV-30 on port 5252 connect failed: 10061

where JA-DEV-30 is my machine name.

Have you checked that the K2Service has started successfully?

You can also start the K2 server in console mode to see a detailed log of server activity.

To access console mode, make sure that the K2 Service is stopped and then browse to the K2 install folder on your server (by default, C:Program FilesK2.net 2003Bin) and double-click on the K2Server.exe, which will start the K2 server in console mode.

If there are any problems (e.g. expired license key) you should see them in the console...also check that the password specified to connect to the K2 databases is correct (you should be able to check this in the k2server.config file which is in the same location as the k2server.exe application.)

the service was not running after several times it works and then every thing works
