Symptoms
1. Unable to delete view from K2 Designer
2. Process Instance smartobjects associated with a deleted process throws an error when attempting to remove them:
"SmartObject Server Exception: Error refreshing Service Instance 'WorkflowReportingService'. Service returned: 'Workflow Reporting SO Service: [Process] could not be found.'"
Diagnoses
1. There are forms which are still using the view. On "All Items" these forms are not listed but we have verified through the K2 database that these forms still exist. It turned out that these forms did not belong to any category
2. This has been classified as a bug. Unfortunately, there is no coldfix available
Resolution
1. Using the search box on the left panel, search for the forms listed and add them to a category in order to delete them. Please do the same for other items
