Symptoms
When loading a page in runtime, it appears as if the form theme does not get applied properly.
Diagnoses
Capturing a network trace using Chrome. You might see a http 500 Error on the "CombinedResources.ashx" file. (K2 is aware of this issue.) If you run into this problem, please log a support ticket. This issue was fixed in one of the roll-up patches for K2 smartforms.
Resolution
As a temporary workaround, you can changed the "Forms.PostRenderCombining.Enabled" value from "True" to "False". This needs to be done in the smartforms runtime web.config file. This file can be found here: "[blackpearlInstallDir]K2 smartforms Runtime". After this is done, perform an IISReset and a K2 Server service restart.
