I have done several WF's with word conversation, but this time I need to use check boxes as well.
The problem is that the check boxes are converted as "True" or "False" in the word output and not as real check boxes. I used the check box control in the word developer tool tab and in SharePoint its also a check box field.
Any idea what adjustment needs to be done?

If you create the checkbox control in word why don't you test the value of that by using read document action in workflow? You'll know then what to pass to the document in the update document action?
The read document action returns the check sign: and yes, I could store it in a variable and re use when needed.
I hoped that there is an easier (automatic) way, because I have a lot of check boxes in my form.
