The activity has multiuser on it.

The activity setting is as follow,
General properties:
Create slot for each destination
Destination Rule Options:
Plan per destination -> All at once
Create a slot for each destination
Resolve all roles and groups to users

The situation is as follow,
There is a activity which has multiuser. Some users has finish his/her worklistitem, but some dont yet.
The activity has set escalation.
The escalation seem mail to all users on this activity, whether he/she has finish his worklistitem or not.
If possible system just escalate users who doesnt finish his/her worklistitem.

Hi KCLien,

You can set escalation at the Client Event level. You can define them on the Event General Properties (Right click on the event -> properites).

Event escalation will only be sent to the user that did not complete their workitem.

Thank you for providing the suggestion, but after my test, It seem doesn't work.
It still send escalation mail to all destination users on this activity. And if there are 3 destination users on this activity, it will send escalation mail 3 times.

I find the answer from this article HOW TO: Send escalation email to only those destination users who have not completed a task

Configure your client event as usual
On the activity, go into advanced mode for the destination rule and make the following changes:

  • Plan per destination | All at once
  • Create a slot for each destination
  • Resolve all roles and groups to users

Right-click on your event and set up your email escalation
On the Email Settings page, click Specify next to Recipient
Open the context browser for the To field, go to the Workflow Context Tab, and drill down into Activity Destination Instance and select the user email
