Processes present on Error Profiles on Workspace not on the Process Instances on Management Console

Hi,


Few older processes need to be deleted from the server.
On the Management Console of Workspace, these processes could be found on 'Error Profiles" but cannot be seen in the Workflow Server -> Process -> Instances!
Could someone please help in resoluting so that these old processes could be deleted?

You can delete process by deleting the last version:


Workflow Server -> Processes -> Process -> Version


Select last version and click on Delete Process, it will delete all instances and their associated errors.

Thanks for your reply!
I could navigate to Workflow Server -> Processes -> Process -> Version as mentioned by you.
But could nopt really find find the "delete" option.
All i could see was to a radio button corresponding to the processes known as "Default", clicking on which a button called "Set to Default" got enable. Please refer the attached image for more details.


Could you please let me know where exactly is the "delete" option available?

Check the Server and Process Rights, you should have admin rights to delete the process.

Which version of K2 are you running? It was only released in a later version, so if you can't see the Delete  Process button, chances are you're running older version.
