you can provide the link in k2 smart froms , just use the url control and u can configure it .

You might take a look at the SQL Server documentation for running SSRS reports via URL.
In one scenario, we have a toolbar button in a SmartForm that has a "Navigate to a URL" rule in it's click event. The URL is built as an expression and includes report parameters based on SmartForm fields and returns the report as CSV.
