Schedule worklow

I have developed one Site Nintex workflow and the functionality is working as expected. The second part of my requirement is to schedule this workflow triggers weekly and for this I set up a schedule workflow for the workflow I have developed but its not trigger( screenshot attached).

Could anyone please guide me on this would be great help?

Hi @jakhan33,


 


Looking at your Schedule configuration, It's not weekly configured but Daily. 😉 Not the problem here. 


 


To troubleshoot the problem, I suggest the following actions :


 



  • Check the status of the  Nintex Workflow Scheduler Job Timer and the ULS logs for SharePoint to check if there's errors with Workflow Scheduler.  Check all servers that run the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Workflow Timer Service.

    • When is the last time the Job Timer ran and succeeded ?

  • Check with a simple SharePoint Designer workflow with a pausing action and check if you have the same issue which will mean it's a SharePoint native configuration issue.
