We have a requirement to enclose an attachment (document from SharePoint) in email activity in K2 server.
If anybody works on enclosing a document (from SharePoint) the attachment in email activity in K2 server, could you please provide list of steps.

AFAIK this is currently not possible to attach files directly from a Sharepoint library in a Mail Event. Please log a ticket with K2 support for this feature.

A K2 process can download a document from sharepoint to the file system where the K2 server resides and then the process can attach the document from the file system into an email event. The SharePoint Document Event Wizard is where this functionality resides. The main issue with this is that there is no current out of the box way (that i am aware of) to clean up the downloaded file(s) from the file system in the process after the email is sent. This means that the downloads would pile up on the K2 server until some other clean up service is executed or a manual clean up is performed.
