How to copy items from one calendar to another

Question. We are using Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2016 on premise.

I have two calendars:

  •      Calendar 1 – the original calendar
  •      Calendar 2 – the archive calendar. This calendar was created using a template (no date) of Calendar 1

I am trying to build a workflow that will copy a calendar entry from one calendar to another.

Once the entry is copied, I have a Delete task to delete the entries copied.

 

I am getting the following error message when the workflow tries to copy the items:

The workflow could not copy the item. Make sure the source and destination lists have the same columns and column settings.

Any suggestions on how to get past this are greatly appreciated as I am new to managing SharePoint front end and Nintex workflow.

Additional mention: user has full control to both lists, site and site collection.
