Transfer from Variable to Destination Users

Hi Team

 

I have simple k2 workflow in K2 studio designed 4.6.11 version

My hurdle is that I have to transfer Process Variable Value to Destination Users 

My variable have vlaues like manoj@acc.com, kumar@acc.com and so on (it can be any number of email , Count is not Fix, it depends on selection)

 

I have to configure Destination Users based on these Values as below

 in above screenshot I have sample users, have hardcoded for firther slot configuration, which is working fine 

 

Please let me know if i can have any other workaround also on this.

I am struggling on it from couple of days

I have tried Rules but u can not transfer users (from Variables ) to Rules at run time

SharePoint Group or Active Group also seems does not work here (as we have to trasnfer value from Process Variable)

However ,its not working as expected 

 

Its not about using Split function incorrectly 
I have tried using hard code value as below still its not able to identify it , with error 'An Activity with client event should have at least one destination user'
It mean that we can not have users like below

These users have identical email value in Variable
 
But i f i put it as below it works fine

Hope you are now clear may be some specific format  in first screenshot 
For second screenshot , its working but not sure how to get that from varaible (which do not have fix no of emails )
