Problem with the Save to PDF control

Hi,


I've been having a problem after a recent upgrade to K2 1.0.4. The Save to PDF control produces PDFs that are not showing the elements properly.

Any help in fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

I think there was an issue with the control in 1.0.3 (not sure if it has been fixed in 1.0.4) where some of the layout gets broken when the control is rendered in IE8. If possible, you can try to call the SmartObject in your workflow and see if the PDF generated from there looks any better. The SmartObject is called in the System category, call the Create PDF From Html or URL method.

Do you have IE9 or 10 installed on your K2 Server?

This is a Issues with K2 smartform even in 1.04 version , Mostly this happens in List view control.


Will suggest you to fix the width of a form for example. 1000px and assign A3 as page format in the PDF.


This will resolve your issue.
