Hello,

I see you haven't gotten much feedback for this yet. I don't know that this will actually help but from a little digging, maybe these will help guide you to an answer:

Hello alyssa,

Thanks for your reply. but it not help me. Do you have any other way out for this issue.

Hmm well from speaking with one of my colleagues, I've been told this may be a InfoPath configuration issue and not necessarily something wrong on the K2 side. I don't know this for sure though. I'll see if I can dig into it more and get back to you! Apologies for the delayed response. Let us know if you figured it out too!

Hi again Niks,

Ok so I looked into this a little more. First, what was the change that caused this issue? I think I may need a little more background detail.

  1. Can you clarify if you changed your K2Server name or a SharePoint server name?
  2. Is your worklist item failing with the "old machine name?"
  3. What is the type of server the "old machine name" is referencing? Is it a K2 server or SP?
  4. Where is your form template published to (i.e. a physical machine or InfoPath Form Services in SharePoint)?
  5. How're you opening this worklist item?

I don't know that there will be a surefire, easy way to solve this. I'll await your response to those questions and we can move on from here.
