I have a request review in a Workflow and I need that when the requestor uploads new attachments then those attachments appears on the original form.
How to make that the attachments in the request review being updated on the form?

I think you can use Request Data, then create new content type.
Select Check box - Allow attachments
Set "Save attachments URLs" to a variable, and then put this variable on your form field.

I need to do it from a request review because in a request data you need to fill the fields obligatory and in the request review you don't have to.
