Hi There,
I need to implement the following in K2 Blackpearl V4.5.3.
The process is assigned to an approver, it allows 10 days for the approver to take action. If time expires withou action, the assignment is expected to be routed to another person.
How to do that?

Set up an escalation to route back to the same activity, your destination rule need to recognize the escalation event has fired and figure out who is the next approver to assign to. If another 10 days passed it goes to the 3rd approver.
