I am trying to edit the form using infopath but its not working.
I tried to deactivate and activate the Site Collection Features Nintex Workflow 2013 InfoPath Forms but its still not working
this feature works fine in other site collections but not in this particular site that I need. I cant delete it and create a new one because its already has many user data.
any ideas?
What error message is shown when you try to create a form using InfoPath? Does InfoPath even open? Do you see the InfoPath option in the task edit form at all?

There is no error message.
I see the option of editing using infopath and when I click on it I see loading message for seconds and nothing happens after that.
Infopath does not open. I used this feature in other site collections in my farm but its not working in this specific site.
Could you try also to disable and activate again also Nintex Workflow feature for that site?

will that affect the existing workflows or cause data loss?
No, it won't affect the existing workflows (unless there is someone who is trying to use a Nintex workflow while you have deactivated the feature and not yet activated again)..
