Using InfoPath Integration processes in BlackPearl (807.370) in a environment where MOSS runs in a SSL enabled website requires a fair amount of additional work than just running through the IP Integration wizard. This is due to the requirements imposed by InfoPath when a Form Library in SharePoint is hosted in a SSL enabled website, and hence, SSL enabled web application.

The attached document (InfoPath and SSL.zip) discusses the following topics:

1. Adding a digitally signed InfoPath Form Template to a Form Library - required to use the subsequent InfoPath Form in client events

2. Updating a digitally signed Form Template in a Form Library

3. Workaround for process started from the K2 API

The last topic discusses the steps necessary to make the InfoPath client events to work when the IP integrated process IS NOT started from the Form Library. If you have any questions on this post, please contact me on eugenej@k2.com.
