Hello friends..
Sometimes I'm receiving empty emails from Nintex Lazy approval. So the subject is just having the encoded characters: [#EEEEPFBGPFBKJFB#] and there is no email body except the footer related to Lazy Approval.
I'm having many sites in my SP environment that I can't go to each site and check the workflow to find out from where it is coming.
So is there any trick that I can check out in my environment quickly by referring the encoded characters.

The code is created through an internal system and there isn't a table to relate to. And it's unique by WF instance and not specific to a site per say. Many times when I this happen it was caused by mail filtering or exchange settings.

Exactly, the code is unique for each WF instance. So is there a way that we can check these things from SP side/ from Sever or exchange side.
A few of my colleagues too reported that they were also got this kind of emails previously. So I would like to know by any chance is there something I can go in and check.
