If you added a new web front end to the farm, you will have to purchase a new license per product that you use. The new license file will then incorporate ALL web front end names in your farm. You will have to import the new license keys and perform IISRESETS for the licenses to take affect.

Also you shouldn't need to install Nintex on the server if it is already installed and deployed on to the farm. The act of adding the server to the Farm is enough.

I agree with Dan on this one.  If you've already installed Nintex, I would simply update the license file for the new WFE and then activate it.  Doing an IISRESET should help them propagate through the farm as well.  No need to reinstall of that.
