Process created, deployed... but finally not found...

Hello everybody,

I created and successfully deployed a process under K2 studio.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to see this process in the SharePoint 2007 portal.

I got the "No processes appears viewable..." error message under the "Setting" part of the K2 process portal...

Any idea ?

Try this - make sure the SharePoint Application Pool Account (the account underwhich the SharePoint services are running) has K2 Admin rights. Then see if you can add the process via the Process Portal.

1. You make suer k2 for sharepoint in sharePoint centoral administration that their are Activate.


2. Make sure the sharepoint application pool account has admin rights


3. You can test according to k2 blackpearl documentation--->introduction to k2 worklist for sharepoint.

I resolved my problem.


The workflow process was created with an account which is not a super-user (administrator) under the SharePoint portal.
