Currently if a web enabled form has .net managed code it is not deployed properly with the K2 process. It must be deployed through central administration.
I think it would be possible to publish InfoPath forms with .net managed code to central administration during the K2 deployment. Understand there may be some manual steps in there but we need to come out with directions and recommendations on how to do this. Reality is that many IP forms will have some small .net managed functions added to them over thier lifetime.
