Granted an AD group rights to start new process, but getting error that user doesn't have rights to start process in SmartForms. Had user log off and log back on PC to try to fix, but failed.
 

Resolution

Issue: Granted an AD group rights to start new process, but getting error that user doesn't have rights to start process in SmartForms. Had user log off and log back on PC to try to fix, but failed.

Resolution: Customer was able to set up process rights. Advised K2 performs AD refresh approximately 8 hours. Provided link to manual refresh as well.
