Yes, I am a newbie with NWC and how it interacts with SharePoint Online. I am trying to understand if a workflow/form user that needs to enter data into a Nintex form or be assigned a workflow task or will be able to trigger a workflow needs to be added as a "Delegated User" in Customer Central?

If the solutions are based on Express Approval for the Assign a Task action, then it might not need it.
@GEE Customer central user credentials are used with Nintex University, Community and Analytics. NWC users are managed separately by the tenant administrators and any SSO configured on the tenant. Task's can also be assigned to non authenticated user and doesn't necessarily need to be a user of the tenant.
