Kia ora everyone
Our organisation is wanting to use our Process Maps for user acceptance testing for a new system. To do this, we are needing to export our processes out to either CSV or excel. I am not just wanting a list of processes, but an export of the activity and task level within our processes, for a particular area of the business.
Can someone please advise how I can do this? I don't wish to do these individually.

Hi Helen,
One way of exporting processes is to choose the level of process you want to export, and then export from the group (or process) level you require to XML, as per the below screenshots:
Select your export scope:
You could then use a conversion tool to convert the XML to CSV (or other formats if required).

Hi Helen,
In addition to what Mark mentioned the other thing to double check is that the processes are published before attempting to export via xml.
I know it has caught me before, if a process is not published the content will not come across in the export/import, just the process shell.
